If you no longer wish to use Wordifi, you can request deletion of your account using the form below. You do not need to be logged in. Once we receive your request we will permanently delete your account and all data associated with it within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law (GDPR Art. 17).
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, account preferences)
- All practice sessions, test scores, and progress data
- Any subscription records (after any legally required retention period for invoicing under § 147 AO has elapsed)
- Device and usage analytics tied to your account
Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. invoices for tax-law purposes) are kept in an isolated archive, accessible only to authorised personnel, and deleted at the end of the statutory retention period.
